With a head for numbers and the experience to back it up, Linda Scanlan is the office Mum that keeps the Hicks Real Estate racecar track ready. As the office manager, Linda’s remit is to make sure the entire operation runs smoothly. Every process and procedure is carefully mapped out to ensure a seamless interaction with every buyer, seller, tenant and investor.
You might not deal with Linda directly, but you’ll definitely appreciate the care and attention she puts into every part of the business. Linda has been with the Madeleine Hicks team since 2014 and loves to feel the energy that happens around a real estate office. She has an extensive resume in finance and administrative roles, including running her own book-keeping business for several years.
She treats the entire team like family (in fact, one of the team is her daughter), and she has earned the nickname Office Mum, which she wears with pride. Away from the office, a McDowall/Bridgeman Downs local for over 20 years, Linda loves spending time outdoors going for walks, scenic drives or taking her boat out on the water. As a long time member of Now Business Network, she proudly supports its activities and associations with local charities and organisations.
Linda is always approachable and is the glue that holds the Madeleine Hicks
office together. You might not see her, but you’ll know she is there.
