Visa Gift Cards will only be sent after the completion of the property sale by Madeleine Hicks Real Estate $1,000 Visa Gift Card will be sent upon completion of sale.

$250 Visa Gift Card will be sent when a new tenant lease is signed or a property management contract is transferred to us from another Agency.

If the property is withdrawn or a property management contract is not signed then the offer is void.
